 Right .  I have voted against Tom's resolution on his Freedom=
 Council
 site because , as I said back on the 12th :

   Enumeration of specifics when a general principle implies=

   anyway is a major way lawyers pad their bills and obfuscate=
 the
   obvious . Tom's statement is redundant .

 I think it revealing that Tom questioned the oath requirement=
 of
 LP membership . But that oath implies the general principle of
 non-discrimination .

 Save us from becoming muddle-minded lawyers .
