The entire FEC is about suppression of political speech and a= lot if the rational is based on , I believe it is Souter's ,= economically ignorant contention that `money isn't `speech , it's `assets . `money is defined by `transactions , and transactions are= essential to buy megaphones . The drive to "eliminate money from politics" ( when politics is= totally about the seizing and dispensing of 2.3 trillion dollars per= year ) is evil .
