 This is a disgrace ; business creates an answer which will=

 safe food and income , and the Government monopoly supposedly=

 charge of exactly that - prevents it .

 I'll skip further Libertarian rant and just mention the=
 micro-cap
 company , GeneThera Inc (GTHA.OB) , is developing rapid Bovine
 Spongeform Encephalopathy ( Mad Cow ) tests derived from work=
 on
 similar diseases in elk and other deer populations .
