Dear Board members ,

 I'm a rather small shareholder , Comcast being the part of ATT
 I retained in family portfolios after the merger .

 I also in recent years have become a "bleeding heart"=
 Libertarian ,
 to use Michael Tanner of Cato Institute's phrase .

 As a virtual monopoly for information in the homes you serve ,=
 I
 feel you have a moral , all be it not legal , imperative to
 facilitate the unbiased access to information that our nation's
 founders enumerated in the very first of the amendments they
 required in the treaty uniting the 13 sovereign states into our
 federation .

 I also feel it is good business , providing the most valuable
 product .

 It is a basic libertarian observation that Government is Force=
 .
 The State gains power by fomenting war - from the war on=
 poverty
 to off target "preemptive" war creating fear and hatred of us
 around the world .

 The unconstitutional war on (some) drugs is one of their most
 directly damaging to our domestic tranquility .


 As a shareholder , and concerned citizen , I implore you to
 maintain neutrality in the propaganda battle the Government
 wages to promote its war , and apply the same standards for
 advertising by such responsible groups as the Marijuana Policy
 Project and a growing number of others as you apply for those
 by the State using our taken ( taxed ) money to promote this
 war which so tatters our freedoms .
 
Thank you for you consideration ; I'm waiting for the next Q's
cash flow .
