As I've said before , to me the reason for a simple transaction= tax is so it is visible , calculable and payable at the time of the= transaction so there is no complex accounting of accruals etc -- so the IRS= can be reduced to a skeleton of its current bloat along with the tax= attorneys filter feeding in their code . Issues of "progressiveness" ( uck ) can be addressed by= adjusting the flows of the State's dugs .
