Just to let everyone know about the water guns, they= actually have an aqua/underwater theme design, and they're predominantly green,= which will go well with our costumes. They are short rifle length super-soaker= types and have a pistol grip with a pump-action lever (another words, if these= were real guns they would be classified as illegal assault weapons;). They were= $5.99 each, with tax and transport it came out to about $7.00 each. But I= chose them primarily because they will go great with the costumes, so we= found the ideal weapon for a great price.

P.S. As I mentioned Jim, it would be helpful if someone= could swing by Friday evening or Saturday AM and help transport them. If no one= objects, I'll take them out of their boxes which will reduce their bulkiness by= 50%. N

Everything is coming together. Nic bought up a= stash of long rifle-style squirt guns at Odd Job Trading, so that we can all= drill in style on Saturday. Dawn has received orders from several of you for= the aqua scrub pants that will form the base of the costumes (along with white= tee shirts, which you must get on your own). If you're not getting green or= aqua pants on your own, please email Dawn at dfox30@yahoo.com with your= size and ask her to get you a pair.

Dawn and Nic would each like people= to be reimbursed for the cost of these costume accessories. The long water guns= are $7, including tax, and the scrub pants are about $11. Both Dawn and= Nic shopped around and got us very good bargains. Dawn called a lot of= uniform and surgical supply stores to get the best price. Nic found the= water rifles at a closeout discount store; I've been looking for the same thing= for about a week, and the lowest price I saw was $15, so Nic got us a real= deal. Bonnie may also need a few bucks in reimbursement for materials. If= cash it tight for anyone right now, please don't worry about it. We (I) will= cover the cost; the important thing is that you participate and enjoy yourself, but= if you can help defray these incidental expenses, it would be= appreciated.
