 Why cheap - unless that's what the family drinks .

 I had a Slovenian friend who recalled with some pride the first=
 time
 he got drunk at some summer patio party outside Ljubljana when=
 he could
 first reach the top of the table . He remembers all the adults=
 laughing
 at him as he tottered around and over .

 Quantizing any continuum always causes dislocations . The idea=
 of the
 State taking the right of parents to make such choices away from=
 them
 is yet another stifling stupidity . Why in the US 18 year olds=
 don't
 learn to use their vote , since they have it , and vote=
 themselves the
 right to drink legally baffles me .
