( I= did take the time to email my local rep Nadler a personal note reinforcing his support for the MM vote , tho . ) ( Oh , and got to Rabin's Can the (Smoking)Ban rally at City= Hall with other LPer's . ) ( And in any social gathering ,= something almost inevitably triggers a plunge into the philosophy of Liberty . There are lots of triggers almost everywhere these days . ) Last night I caught up on the first 110 or so of the 257= messages since the 19th . Those images from Colombia of how the State can take= agricultural chemicals and use them in defiance of its own civilian law and turn them into a blunt weapon for its war lust are striking . I'll link them to my site . -- A couple of email of particular interest to me : On Sun, 20 Jul 2003 17:31:05 -0400, Tom Angell wrote: > www.theyrule.net. Interesting to see the history . I agree that the analogy of a corporation to a human is not something that is worthy of use as a point of law - any more than the State as the body-politic . Both analogies are profound , but as Kant would say , ya got to keep your eye on the Ding an Sich . --=A0 =A0Bob Armstrong -- http://CoSy.com -- 212-285-1864 Liberty : http://cosy.com/Liberty.htm =A0=A0=A0=A0=A0=A0=A0=A0=A0=A0=A0=A0=A0=A0=A0=A02003/07/29 10:32:39 AM
