 As a condition for government contracts , to be able to
 impress the public as a "good corporate citizen" , peer
 pressure , because the chairman is a Bloobberg . 
 All sorts of reasons . 

 Makes working for them far less attractive if your brain
 chemistry is not governmentally approved . But the difference
 between the market and the state is  they cannot force you to
 work for them .
