 I believe that the most essential thing , if we have a strong=
 and
 knowledgable enough individual , with organized support from us=
 , and
 who has the financial freedom to devote ALL of their time to the=
 race ,
 they can , at least in the local race , make themselves known .

 But it would require dogging the incumbent and his opponent=
 continually
 at every press opportunity and getting to know and be known by=
 that
 press . 

 But I'm talking about someone who can effectively present=
 themselves as
 a serious choice -- know the issues , know the problems , know=
 the
 finances .
